For years, the New Year’s Eve party at the Brandenburg Gate was considered one of the biggest parties in the world to ring in the new year. A special highlight every year is the spectacular fireworks display at midnight. For over ten years, ZDF broadcast the New Year’s Eve show “Willkommen 20xx” (Welcome 20xx) from the Brandenburg Gate.
